FOX Business' Lauren Simonetti reports from the Lincoln Tech trade school in Mahwah, New Jersey about skilled careers that do not require a college degree but do need specialized training. During her visit, she interviewed HVAC student Kilver Paulino – who switched from community college to Lincoln Tech so he could learn a trade. She also spoke with CNC graduate Katie Molnar, who states that starting pay begins at $25 to $30 per hour and “it just goes up from there”. Lauren also visited with automotive technician students, who were in the process of learning how to do remote software upgrades for vehicles.
